RG Setsquare in Milton Keynes is recruiting an experienced Document Controller to join our major energy infrastructure project on an initial 12-month contract.

You will manage project documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud, control revisions and distribution, maintain registers, issue drawings, support audits and attend meetings. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication and organisational skills.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction/engineering projects.
• Experience with ACC or similar document management platforms.
• Strong understanding of document control procedures and best practice.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

• Managing and maintaining project documentation through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Controlling document revisions, approvals and distribution workflows.
• Maintaining accurate document registers and ensuring project information remains current.
• Issuing drawings and project documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting document audits and ensuring compliance with project information management processes.
• Attending project meetings and producing clear and accurate meeting minutes.
• Coordinating information flow between design teams, contractors, consultants and client representatives.
