Aureos Capital is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support our projects with robust document control processes, training, and compliance under ISO 9001 standards.

The role involves managing SharePoint and BIM 360 environments, ensuring metadata is accurate, issuing document numbers, and coordinating reviews across multiple projects. On-site work with ample parking and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Document Controller in construction/engineering projects.
• Proficient with document control software and metadata tagging.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with project teams to ensure document control procedures are understood and followed.
• Identify contractual document control requirements and ensure compliance.
• Improve and maintain information management procedures and systems (ISO 9001).
• Manage SharePoint and BIM 360 environments for easy retrieval of documents.
• Issue document numbers and support the review/approval process.
