OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support building services and project works. You will manage and maintain project documentation across the lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, control and timely issue of information according to requirements.
You will oversee document control systems, drawing control, and EDMS usage (Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, SharePoint, Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud), ensuring QA/compliance and smooth handover processes.
About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to support the effective delivery of building services and project works. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring information is accurate, controlled and issued in accordance with company and client requirements.
You will have previous Document Controller experience within construction, building services, engineering or FM, together with a good understanding of project documentation and information-management processes.
