Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for efficient document management? We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Wales and Western Team, based at our Swindon Office with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.
You'll be working on… (what your role and responsibility is)
  1. Uploading and issuing incoming documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  2. Maintaining accurate registers and schedules, ensuring timely updates.
  3. Organising and electronically filing documents for easy access and retrieval.
  4. Collaborating with team members to compile information for Operating and Maintenance Manuals and Customer Care Files.
  5. Supporting the administration of projects and tenders, and contributing to the smooth running of the office setup.

A team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering projects across a variety of frameworks with clients such as Network Rail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
  • Experience in Highways or Rail projects (preferred but not essential).
  • A working knowledge of document control processes.
Qualifications

While specific qualifications are not mandatory, relevant administrative or document control certifications would be advantageous.
