We're looking for a Document Controller to join our KierBAM joint venture working at Hinkley Point C.

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset - Hinkley Point C - remote working available

Hours: 42.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Responsibilities

As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the site team, supporting the Lead Document Controller in managing the document workflow process on Hinkley Point C.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Processing project documents via Common Data Environments (CDE) such as SharePoint/Microsoft Teams, Teamcenter, and ProjectWise
  • Providing support to the site team to access documents and records in a timely manner
  • Supporting the communication and embedding of KierBAM's approach to document control
  • Issuing updates and registers to the team

What are we looking for?

This role of Document Controller is ideal if:

  • You have experience on construction projects or in preconstruction teams (or similar environments) dealing with distribution of documents, drawings, comments, and RFIs
  • You have detailed knowledge of Document Control/Information Management processes
  • You have experience problem-solving using rigorous logic and methods
