Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for efficient document management? We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Wales and Western Team, based at our Swindon Office with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.

You'll be working on… (what your role and responsibility is)
  • Uploading and issuing incoming documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate registers and schedules, ensuring timely updates.
  • Organising and electronically filing documents for easy access and retrieval.
  • Collaborating with team members to compile information for Operating and Maintenance Manuals and Customer Care Files.
  • Supporting the administration of projects and tenders, and contributing to the smooth running of the office setup.

A team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering projects across a variety of frameworks with clients such as Network Rail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
  • Experience in Highways or Rail projects (preferred but not essential).
  • A working knowledge of document control processes.
Qualifications

While specific qualifications are not mandatory, relevant administrative or document control certifications would be advantageous.
