Company Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Carry out document control functions and project administration.
  2. Support the administrative needs of the business.
  3. Assist in compiling tender packages and QA/QC of project documentation.
  4. Assist in procurement processes (Purchase Orders/Requisitions).
  5. Control and issue project-related documentation, ensuring consistency in presentation.
  6. Maintain master document registers and project files (hard copy and electronic).
  7. Issue transmittal documents and record transactions with clients.
  8. Liaise with clients and project managers regarding procedures and project requirements.
  9. Log and file DPRs and purchase requisitions.
  10. Assist in project workpack preparation, including supervisor packs.
  11. Maintain the management system and revise company documents as needed.
  12. Respond to requests, searches, and queries from department personnel.
  13. Ensure good communication throughout the company.
QHSE Responsibilities

Understand and support the QHSE Management System and OEG's QHSE objectives. Promote a proactive health and safety culture, environmental sustainability, and a quality-focused environment.
