The Role
As our Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility across multiple platforms. You'll play a key part in supporting the project and site teams by keeping documentation up to date and well-organised.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, track and update project documentation
Maintain version control and ensure proper file naming protocols
Use platforms including Aconex, Asite, and Fieldview for document management
Distribute and file documents in line with project procedures
Liaise with site and office teams to ensure smooth document flow
Ensure compliance with company and project quality standards
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of Document Control experience within construction
Proficient with Aconex, Asite, and Fieldview
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
