Johnson Controls is seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher in Sunbury-on-Thames to join our field operations. You will dispatch engineers to customer appointments, balance workloads, and keep diaries on track to ensure the right engineer reaches each job on time.

You will work closely with Field Line Managers to resolve issues before they arise, minimize no-shows, and deliver a seamless experience for every customer while embracing rotating weekly shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable picking up the phone.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch engineers to customer appointments, ensuring the right person goes to the right job at the right time.
• Balance workloads and keep engineer diaries productive and supported.
• Coordinate customer visits from start to finish and keep everything on track.
• Work with engineers and managers to solve problems quickly and keep customers informed.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and follow-up visits so engineers stay focused on the job.
