Job summary

ESG Drysdale is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead the dispatch team and ensure timely delivery of our vegetables across the UK. You will supervise daily operations, monitor performance, and safeguard quality and service standards on a fast-moving logistics floor.

The role requires flexibility with a 06:00-18:00 shift and a 4 on-4 off working pattern, with on-site training provided for forklift operation and data entry tasks. 21.5 days of holiday per year are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or dispatch supervision is preferred but training is provided.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyze operational data to drive improvements.
• Experience using a counterbalance forklift; on-site training and refreshers provided.

We are seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to join our dynamic team at ESG Drysdale. In this role, you will oversee the dispatch operations, ensuring efficient logistics and timely delivery of our products. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our commitment to quality and service excellence.

The role

4 on - 4 off working schedule, therefore full flexibility on days is required

06:00-18:00 shift - can finish earlier at non-peak times

21.5 days holiday per year

Responsibilities
