GSK is seeking a Director, Payroll and Time Digital & Tech in London. You will lead HR products, including Workday and SAP payroll, shaping roadmaps and coaching Product Owners to deliver secure, compliant, and value-driven payroll solutions.

In this hybrid role, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while upholding regulatory controls and responsible AI practices across the Payroll & Time domain.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience overseeing end-to-end product delivery and release planning.
• Proven track record in HR systems product strategies delivering tangible business benefits.
• Strong ability to lead multiple product teams across the full delivery lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Translate VP-provided strategies into actionable product roadmaps and delivery priorities for Payroll & Time products.
• Coach Product Owners; ensure robust business cases, well-defined requirements and backlogs.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities; shape long-term strategy and key projects.
• Define and embed agentic use with HR and AI to simplify payroll processes.
• Oversee delivery quality, usability, stability and supportability of features across the product group.
