GSK is seeking a Senior Director for Talent + L&D Digital & Tech to own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for HR technology platforms including Phenom, Workday Talent, MyLearning, Degreed, and ODS.

You will lead a team of product owners, manage domain budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration with HR leaders to enable a seamless employee and candidate experience across Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in HR technology.
• Proven product management across HR platforms.
• Experience with Workday-centric roadmaps and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern Talent + L&D domain vision and roadmap.
• Lead prioritisation and business case development across HR platforms.
• Oversee vendor strategy, SLAs, and cost optimisation.
• Direct and support Product Owners to deliver secure, compliant tech solutions.
• Lead a team of 6 product owners and drive AI-enabled productivity.
