Job summary

GSK is seeking an HR Business Leader to partner with senior leaders across Digital and Technology. This strategic role shapes people strategies to strengthen performance, leadership capability, and culture across a global environment.

You will support VP HRBL Digital and Tech, define and execute people priorities, and drive capability-building, succession planning and talent management in a fast-moving tech context.

Qualifications

• HR business partner experience in fast-moving, complex environments.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives.
• Experience leading organisational design, transformation and complex change initiatives.
• Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Data-driven decision making with workforce insights.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a global environment.
• Experience leading indirect HR teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into workforce and capability plans, identifying future skill requirements and risks.
• Lead talent strategies and succession planning for critical roles, building diverse leadership pipelines.
• Coach leaders to own talent outcomes, including attraction, development, engagement and retention.
• Shape leadership succession, capability development and deployment strategies.
• Lead organisation design, organisational effectiveness and change initiatives that support business goals.
• Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Support workforce planning, onboarding, performance, careers and reward activities.
• Provide guidance on complex people matters and governance.
