GSK is seeking a Director, Reward D&T to lead a group of Reward and Benefits Systems products within the HR Digital & Tech Domain. You will translate functional goals into roadmaps, guide Product Owners, and partner with stakeholders to prioritise delivery and drive value.

You will champion agile governance, ensure security/compliance, and oversee multi-team delivery while guiding cross-functional product strategy and ROI within a fast-paced, global biopharma environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Industry certifications in Agile methods are desirable.
• Extensive experience delivering end-to-end product delivery for Reward Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategies into actionable roadmaps and delivery priorities.
• Lead AI agentic transformation delivery within Reward processes.
• Provide direction to Product Owners, prioritise backlogs and ensure architecture alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee delivery with third-party vendors, ensuring quality and supportability.
• Promote agile practices (e.g. SAFe, Scrum) and value-led releases.
• Manage risks, security and regulatory compliance across the product group.
• Track KPIs and financials to maximise domain value and ROI.
