Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Director of Payroll & Workforce Management Technology to own the strategy and delivery of global payroll platforms, including UKG Workforce Manager and ADP Payroll, across the UK and EU.

You will lead a diverse IT team, partner with HR, Finance and Operations, drive compliance, automation, and data integrity, and steer complex integrations to enable scalable, accurate, and timely payroll and workforce data worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with UKG Workforce Manager and ADP Payroll.
• Strong integrations across HCM, timekeeping, payroll, ERP, identity, and reporting ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology strategy and roadmap for Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management.
• Serve as the senior IT leader for payroll platforms across a global manufacturing environment.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a global IT team across delivery, support, architecture, and operations.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure reliable, compliant, and scalable payroll/data operations for hourly and salaried employees.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, plant stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver solutions.
