Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Director of People Services + Reward Digital & Tech to lead the HR technology strategy and transformation. You will own the end-to-end HR tech portfolio, drive data-driven decisions, ensure security and compliance, and partner with HR and Tech functions to enable scalable workforce insights and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will direct Product Managers and delivery teams, focusing on platform reliability, vendor strategy, and sustainable value realisation across Global HR

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR technology ecosystem across People Services, Reward and HR platforms.
• Define and govern technology vision, strategy and multi-year roadmaps for HR tech.
• Lead product managers/owners to deliver secure, scalable HR solutions.
