Job summary

PwC is seeking a commercially engaged Microsoft Technical Pre-Sales Director to support the growth of the Microsoft Alliance in the UK. The role sits in the Alliances Impact Centre, working with Sales Directors, Sector Teams, Delivery Teams and Microsoft to transform strategic opportunities into scalable programmes.

You will combine deep Microsoft solution architecture with business acumen, contributing to co-sell motions, client pursuits and offering evolution beyond a purely technical role.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into scalable Microsoft-enabled solutions across Cloud, Data and AI.
• Experience designing solutions across Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with a commercial mindset.
• Proven pre-sales, solutioning and support for complex deals in a consulting environment.
• Ability to operate in matrixed, multi-country environments and build executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into Microsoft-enabled solutions, articulating value and ROI.
• Drive Microsoft co-sell execution and align with strategic priorities.
• Lead hands-on pre-sales activities: workshops, demos, PoCs to mature use cases.
• Define enterprise-grade architectures aligned with PwC standards and client needs.
• Share best practices and mentor teams across PwC and Microsoft ecosystems.
