Cloudflare is seeking a Manager, Customer Engineering in London to lead a quota-bearing team across the full customer journey, from discovery to expansion. You will coach engineers, drive architectural discussions, and align with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.

You will champion AI-augmented workflows, build a high-performing culture, and guide day-to-day operations, forecasting, and strategic hiring to scale customer engineering efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quota carrying customer-facing technical teams in a SaaS/cloud/infrastructure environment.
• Ability to design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
• Strong consultative/advisory skills translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
