Full-time, permanent opportunity

We are looking for a proficient individual to join Talbots as Commercial Property Director. To be successful, you will have a minimum of 5 years qualified experience.

As Director within Commercial Property, you will be expected to offer advice on Commercial Property transactions and providing support to Corporate & Commercial colleagues in the sale and purchases of businesses operating from commercial premises.

What the job involves;

  • Assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
  • Drafting reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.
  • Developing a good working knowledge of the case management system whilst working efficiently, effectively and professionally.
  • Supporting colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients.

What you need:

  • To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track-record of the Conveyancing processes.
  • Be detail-driven, have excellent communication skills and be a motivated & organised team-player.
