Salary: £70K-80K DOE, plus commission

We are an ambitious and growing IT services company delivering high-quality managed services and professional services to clients across a range of sectors. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a strategic, highly driven, and hands-on Sales & Marketing Director to lead our commercial efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base. Current plans include strategic acquisitions as well as the delivery of new automation services to extend our offering to customers and further accelerate organic growth.
As Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for designing and executing a clear go-to-market strategy focused on winning new clients, increasing brand visibility, and building a scalable commercial function. You will manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, lead the sales process from strategy to close, and ensure alignment with the company's growth goals.
Our services increasingly incorporate cutting-edge automation and AI technologies, and we're looking for someone who understands these trends and can position our solutions effectively in a fast-evolving market.
You will also be comfortable working to ambitious targets, measuring performance, and managing your departmental budget effectively. This role will entail you to develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy focused on client acquisition and revenue growth, inspire, lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs and company targets, drive new business development across managed and professional IT services, from lead generation to deal close. You will also be overseeing all sales operations, setting ambitious targets, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
