Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director

Hours: 37.5 hrs - Mon-Fri 9-5:30pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch

Location: WFH/Remote (UK Only), travel when required

Salary: £70K-80K DOE, plus commission

Start Date: ASAP

We are an ambitious IT services company delivering high-quality managed and professional services across various sectors. As we grow, we seek a strategic, driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead our commercial efforts, increase revenue, and expand our client base. This role involves designing and executing a go-to-market strategy, managing a sales and marketing team, leading sales from strategy to close, and aligning efforts with company growth objectives.

Our services incorporate automation and AI technologies, and we need someone who understands these trends to position our solutions effectively in a fast-evolving market. The role requires working towards ambitious targets, performance measurement, and budget management. Responsibilities include developing sales and marketing strategies focused on client acquisition and revenue growth, leading the team to achieve KPIs, driving new business, and overseeing sales operations with accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years as a Sales & Marketing Director or similar role in IT services
  • Proven success in winning new clients through IT managed and professional services
  • Consistent record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
  • Budget management and ROI-driven campaign experience
