With over 20 years’ experience the company prides itself on being able to provide cost-effective solutions and to deliver projects throughout the world safely and on time as a trusted partner for some of the world’s largest Renewables & Construction companies.

Their industries include Engineering, Electrical, Renewable energies, Construction and Access and Safety with a customer base throughout NI, Europe and Asia.

Role: Commercial Director (Home based)

• Developing Commercial Strategies and Business Development
• Leading the Development of Bids/Tenders
• Identifying and developing new markets and partners
• Developing and managing budgets
• Monitoring commercial performance
• Leading and managing the commercial team
• Represent the company in external engagements
• Act as a strategic leader who drives business growth, secures profitable deals, and builds strong, lasting relationships in a dynamic and evolving market

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in engineering and/or renewables would be preferred
• At least 5 years experience in similar commercial/Sales/business development role in the renewables market, focusing on the offshore wind sector
• Substantial travel, needs to be hands on develop a team and able to show experience of this
