Job summary

Flexjet Europe is seeking a Director to lead the Red Label Academy, designing and scaling a premium training and brand education program for cabin servers and staff. You will drive engagement, storytelling, and service excellence across the organization.

The role focuses on curriculum development, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Marketing, and Sales to improve customer experiences and brand consistency.

• Academy Strategy & Leadership: develop vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Red Label Academy
• Training Program Development: design and deliver learning programs and materials
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with Trainers, Marketing, Sales, and HR
• Experience & Engagement: deliver immersive training experiences reinforcing brand values
• Performance & Impact Measurement: define KPIs and track outcomes
• Operations & Program Management: manage calendar, budgets, and logistics
• Talent & Hiring Support: assist recruitment events and onboarding sessions
