Job summary

Flexjet seeks a dedicated Training Academy Coordinator in the United Kingdom to support Cabin Server training, coordinate sessions, and collaborate with Cabin Server leaders and trainers across the globe.

You will maintain accurate training records, manage travel logistics, and prepare for each session, ensuring compliance and timely reporting. This role requires UK work eligibility and strong Office skills to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
• Familiar with SOPs and Cabin Server training documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Results-oriented with strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support training duties with Cabin Servers on Flexjet service and In-Flight Choreography.
• Maintain updated record-keeping for training and qualifications.
• Monitor and control training and qualification requirements.
• Coordinate with training providers for records and compliance.
• Provide monthly and operational reports on request.
• Schedule new hire and recurrent training events for global Cabin Server team.
• Identify forecast training needs and assign events.
• Reconcile training invoices for accounts payable.
• Communicate training activities to Cabin Servers and leadership.
• Ensure Training Academy has supplies and is prepared for sessions.
• Prepare training documentation, supplies, and room setup.
• Assist with travel logistics and visas for Cabin Servers.
• Maintain travel logistics records.
• Monitor absences or needed support while traveling.
• Assist with uniform and in-flight items.
