Flexjet Europe is seeking a Service Academy Training Specialist to support, coordinate, and communicate Cabin Server training and related hospitality training where required. The role involves working closely with Cabin Server leaders, Trainers, and Operations to ensure training standards are met.

Responsibilities include maintaining training records, coordinating training events globally, liaising with training providers, and producing reports for department managers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United Kingdom.
• Familiarity with SOPs and training documentation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Support Cabin Server training on the Flexjet service and related choreography.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping for training and qualifications.
• Monitor and manage training and qualification requirements.
• Coordinate with training providers and schedule training events.
• Provide monthly/operational reports as requested by managers.
• Prepare training events and ensure supplies and logistics are ready.
• Assist with travel logistics and visas/documentation for trainees.
