Job summary

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) is seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support major transformation programmes across CNWL Digital. You will collaborate with clinical, operational and corporate teams to translate complex needs into clear requirements, guiding discovery, service redesign and implementation for digitally enabled improvements.

The role spans discovery, process improvement and optimisation, focusing on data-driven outcomes and value delivery

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience of business analysis within complex transformation, digital change or service redesign.
Experience planning and facilitating workshops or structured engagement with stakeholders.
Experience eliciting, analysing, validating and managing complex business and user requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis across complex transformation programmes with clinical, operational, corporate and digital colleagues.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, process-mapping and stakeholder engagement.
Develop current and future-state processes, user journeys and service models.
Elicit, analyse, prioritise and manage business, user, functional and non-functional requirements.
Support options appraisal, business cases, benefits identification, testing and implementation.
Provide clear, evidence-based analysis and recommendations to programme teams and senior stakeholders.
