Job summary

Certitude is seeking two Digital System Specialists for fixed-term contracts based in Balham, with a hybrid working option. You will become the recognised specialist for a core business system, enabling teams to derive maximum value and drive practical improvements.

You will gather requirements, coordinate testing and releases, create clear guidance, and collaborate with suppliers and users to enhance data quality and system efficiency across the Digital team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering or improving rostering or care management systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business systems and how information is captured, used and reported.
• Experience gathering requirements, improving systems and coordinating changes through testing and release.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues and implement improvements.
• Ability to work effectively with users, stakeholders and suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the recognised specialist for your assigned business system and help colleagues use it effectively.
• Gather and document requirements, review processes and turn user needs into practical system improvements.
• Coordinate testing, releases, communications and post-release checks for changes.
• Develop user guidance and training materials, sharing knowledge across the Digital team.
• Work with suppliers, users and stakeholders to investigate issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Understand how systems, processes and data connect and identify opportunities to improve user experience and data quality.
