Job summary

Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a Digital Clinical Systems Facilitator (Fixed Term) to join the Digital Clinical Systems Team. The role supports clinical systems across BNSSG, with home-based duties and site-based visits.

A clean driving license and car are essential for travel across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Key duties include user training, process implementation, and collaboration with IT Service Desk and other teams.

Qualifications

• Education in English, Maths and IT at A-level or equivalent.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel and Visio skills.
• ISEB BA qualification or equivalent experience.
• ITIL foundation or above qualifications.
• Experience with business process mapping and system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with system users and manage workload flexibly.
• Meet end-users face-to-face on large projects and at multiple sites.
• Support hardware and digital clinical systems such as EMIS, Connecting Care and Adastra.
• Implement new processes and systems; deliver user training.
