Certitude is seeking a Digital Systems Manager in Balham, London, with hybrid working options. This senior role focuses on improving HR & Payroll CHRIS, the ATS, and the Finance System, driving adoption and value across the system landscape.

You will lead practical improvements, manage delivery plans, and collaborate with suppliers and SMEs to deliver measurable outcomes, improving data quality, processes and user experience across connected systems.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience improving and optimising business-critical systems in a complex organisation.
• Experience translating priorities into practical improvements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience driving system adoption and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with stakeholders, subject matter experts and suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of systems, data and integrations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to build agreement across teams.
