Job summary

Certitude is seeking a Digital System Manager in Balham to lead optimisation of HR & Payroll CHRIS, Applicant Tracking, and Finance systems. You will drive adoption, deliver practical improvements, and work with suppliers and SMEs to maximise value.

This senior role spans connected systems, enhances data, processes, integrations, and user experience, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Significant experience improving and optimising business-critical systems in a complex organisation.
• Experience translating agreed priorities into practical improvements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience driving system adoption, effective use and continuous improvement.
• Experience working effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts and suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of systems, data, processes and integrations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build agreement across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement and optimisation across assigned business systems with clear outcomes and timescales.
• Turn priorities into practical delivery plans and monitor progress, dependencies and risks.
• Drive adoption, effective use and continuous improvement using system insight and evidence.
• Work with colleagues, SMEs and suppliers to deliver improvements.
• Improve processes, data quality, integrations and user experience across connected systems.
• Support knowledge sharing and cross-training, and provide clear recommendations based on evidence.
