Responsibilities

• Lead improvement and optimisation across assigned systems with clear outcomes and timescales.
• Turn priorities into practical delivery plans and monitor progress and risks.
• Drive adoption, effective use and ongoing improvement using insights.
• Collaborate with colleagues, subject matter experts and suppliers to deliver changes.
• Improve processes, data quality, integrations and user experience across connected systems.
• Support knowledge sharing and cross-training with clear evidence-based recommendations.
