Job summary

Certitude is seeking two Digital System Specialists for fixed-term contracts based in Balham, with a hybrid working option. You will become the recognised specialist for a core business system, enabling teams to derive maximum value and drive practical improvements.

You will gather requirements, coordinate testing and releases, create clear guidance, and collaborate with suppliers and users to enhance data quality and system efficiency across the Digital team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering or improving rostering or care management systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business systems and how information is captured, used and reported.
• Experience gathering requirements, improving systems and coordinating changes through testing and release.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues and implement improvements.
• Ability to work effectively with users, stakeholders and suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical information clearly.

Salary: £43,000–£45,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Type: Fixed Term – Full time – 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

About the role

This is an opportunity to become the recognised specialist for an important business system. You will help colleagues get the most value from it, lead practical improvements and support effective adoption and use. Working with data, processes, suppliers and users, you will build expertise in your specialist area and share learning across the Digital team. Although each role has an initial specialism, the team works collaboratively to build wider understanding of how systems and data work together across Certitude.

Duties will include:

About you

To be a Digital System Specialist at Certitude, the following are essential. You must have experience relevant to the specialist area you apply for:

• Experience supporting, administering or improving either a rostering system or a care management system, relevant to your chosen specialism.
• A strong understanding of business systems, end‑to‑end processes and how information is captured, used and reported.
• Experience gathering requirements, improving systems and coordinating changes through testing and release.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical improvements.
• The ability to work effectively with users, stakeholders and suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical information clearly, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
