Job summary
Environment Agency operates a Power Platform‑based SEA Change service to support P3M across the organisation. The Digital service specialist will lead ongoing service management, ensure a user‑centred live service, and establish effective support and guidance for users and teams.
Working with the Product Manager, developers and wider project team, you will help design and embed operational processes required to support the product, drive readiness and transition of new functionality, and deliver
Qualifications
- Ability to create internal workflows, guidance documents and training.
- Experience supporting products transitioning into live operation.
- Understanding user-facing issue resolution, change and knowledge management.
- Excellent customer management across seniority levels.
- Strong communication to influence and drive improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead service management for SEA Change, ensuring live operation readiness.
- Develop service documentation, guidance and support materials.
- Design and implement support and governance processes.
- Engage stakeholders, deliver training and drive user adoption.
- Continuously improve the service as the product evolves.
