Job summary

Environment Agency is seeking a Digital service specialist to lead the ongoing service management of SEA Change, a Power Platform-enabled P3M capability. You will establish effective service management processes, create user guidance, and coordinate stakeholder training and adoption.

Working closely with the Product Manager and development team, you will shape service readiness, transition new functionality to live operation and drive continuous improvement across the service while operating in

Qualifications

• Ability to create internal workflows, guidance documents and training to support effective management of a digital service
• Experience supporting products or services transitioning into live operation
• Understands user-facing technical issue resolution, change management and knowledge management processes for a digital solution
• Excellent customer management skills across multiple seniority levels
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive improvement across teams
• Experience supporting live products, continuous improvement and service management activities working with a product manager

Responsibilities

• Lead on the ongoing service management of SEA Change, a Power Platform that supports the EA’s P3M capability
• Design and embed operational processes required to support the product
• Develop service documentation, guidance and training materials
• Ensure service readiness and transition of new functionality to live operation
• Engage stakeholders, provide training and drive user adoption
• Continuously improve the service as the product evolves
