The Environment Agency is seeking a Digital Service Specialist to lead SEA Change, a Power Platform-based live service that supports the agency's Portfolio, Programme and Project Management capability. You will ensure a user-centred, reliable service across directorates.

Working with the Product Manager and development team, you will design operational processes, produce guidance and training materials, and implement governance and readiness activities to transition new functionality to live

Qualifications

Ability to create internal workflows, guidance documents and training to support effective management of a digital service.
Experience supporting products or services transitioning into live operation.
Understands user-facing technical issue resolution, change management and knowledge management processes for a digital solution.
Excellent customer management skills across multiple seniority levels.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive improvement across teams.
Experience supporting live products, continuous improvement and service management activities working with a product manager.

Responsabilités

Lead on ongoing service management of SEA Change, a Power Platform solution supporting the EA’s P3M capability.
Develop service documentation, guidance and support materials for new and existing functionality.
Design and implement support and governance processes.
Engage stakeholders, provide training and drive user adoption.
Continuously improve the service as the product evolves.
