Job summary

Environment Agency leads the Digital service for SEA Change, a Power Platform solution supporting P3M across the organisation. The role focuses on creating a live, user-centred service with strong governance and documentation.

Working closely with the Product Manager and development team, you will embed operational processes, support readiness and continuous improvement to help decision‑making and reporting across directorates.

Qualifications

• Ability to create internal workflows and guidance documents.
• Experience supporting products or services transitioning into live operation.
• Understands user-facing technical issue resolution, change management and knowledge management.
• Excellent customer management across multiple seniority levels.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive improvement.
• Experience supporting live products, continuous improvement and service management with a product manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead on ongoing service management of SEA Change and ensure a user-centred live service.
• Develop service documentation, guidance and support materials for new and existing functionality.
• Design and implement support and governance processes.
• Engage stakeholders, provide training and drive user adoption.
• Continuously improve the service as the product evolves.
