Job summary

The Environment Agency is seeking a Digital service specialist to lead SEA Change service management on the Power Platform. You will ensure a user‑centred live service, establish service management processes, and develop user guidance.

Working with Product Manager and developers, you’ll drive readiness, documentation and governance for live operation. This national, flexible role offers hybrid working, cross‑directorate collaboration and opportunities to improve governance and reporting using

Qualifications

• Experience creating guidance docs and training for a digital service.
• Experience supporting products moving to live operation.
• Understanding user-facing issue resolution and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing service management for SEA Change on the Power Platform.
• Develop service documentation, guidance and support materials.
• Design and implement governance and support processes.
• Engage stakeholders, provide training and drive user adoption.
• Continuously improve the service as the product evolves.
