Job summary

The Digital service specialist role at Environment Agency will lead the ongoing service management of SEA Change, a Power Platform tool. You will establish live service processes, create user guidance and drive adoption across the organisation, working with product managers and developers in an agile environment.

You will ensure governance, documentation and continuous improvement as SEA Change expands beyond MVP, helping decision making and reporting across directorates while embracing

Qualifications

• Create internal workflows, guidance documents and training to support a digital service.
• Experience supporting products or services transitioning into live operation.
• Understand user-facing issue resolution, change management and knowledge management.
• Strong customer management skills across multiple seniority levels.
• Excellent communication to influence and drive improvements across teams.
• Experience supporting live products, continuous improvement and service management with a product manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead on ongoing service management of SEA Change and its MVP to live operation.
• Develop service documentation, guidance and support materials for new functionality.
• Design and implement governance and support processes.
• Engage stakeholders, provide training and drive user adoption.
• Continuously improve the service as the product evolves.
