Job summary

Confidential in Stockport is seeking a hands-on PPC Manager to own all paid advertising across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing) and Meta. You will work with the Head of eCommerce to optimise campaigns for revenue growth, manage key metrics like CTR, CPC and ROAS, and align activities with lifecycle and intent.

This role offers an office-based, five-days-a-week schedule in a growing eCommerce environment, with opportunities to shape paid media strategy and drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Experience running Meta Ads campaigns across awareness and conversion objectives.
• Strong experience scaling non-brand search and Shopping campaigns.
• Deep understanding of bidding strategies, match types, Quality Score, and auction insights.
• Experience with product feed optimisation and segmentation.
• Knowledge of Customer Match Lists and audience targeting strategies.
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
• Experience running structured testing and experimentation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing) and Meta Ads.
• Manage campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and optimise revenue.
• Drive Shopping feed optimisation, audience segmentation and Customer Match strategies.
• Conduct structured testing across bidding, targeting and creative.
• Collaborate with teams to improve landing page performance and CRO.
• Report insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
