Key Accountabilities
  • Lead and deliver forward-thinking digital marketing plans aligned with company objectives and annual priorities.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across all brands in partnership with our Heads of Marketing.
  • Manage and enhance the full digital marketing mix — email, social, PPC, automation, content marketing, and lead‑generation activity.
  • Own the HubSpot CRM strategy, including segmentation, optimisation, and data management.
  • Oversee company websites via CMS, ensuring accuracy, optimisation, and compliance.
  • Manage and execute multi‑brand social media strategy across key platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on performance of digital campaigns and communications.
  • Act as the HubSpot champion for the group - Training new users, maintaining dashboards and reporting, troubleshooting issues and support the wider team and ensuring best‑practice usage and data integrity.
Skills & Competencies
  • A creative thinker with the ability to deliver fresh, innovative digital strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience using HubSpot for CMS, automated campaigns, email marketing, and reporting.
  • Hands‑on experience in social media management (LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, interpret, and optimise performance.
  • Confident managing multiple campaigns, channels, and deadlines simultaneously.
Knowledge & Qualifications
  • Experienced HubSpot user (essential).

Minimum of 4 years in a digital marketing role, ideally within financial services or multi‑brand environments.
