Job description

As a Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and schedule appointments with potential clients for our Digital Marketing Sales Consultants. You will work in a hybrid capacity, splitting your time between the office and home. This role combines a proactive approach to telesales with a focus on providing excellent customer service and effectively communicating our value proposition to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's digital marketing services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target audience.
  • Schedule appointments for Digital Marketing Sales Consultants to discuss tailored marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead generation strategies and targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on leads and client interactions.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and build rapport.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar lead generation role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services is desirable but not essential (training provided).
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment, managing time and tasks effectively.
