Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Digital Learning Partner to support the delivery of digital learning across the Trust. You will train staff on EHRs, office applications and other systems, providing user guidance and ongoing support.
You will work with clinical, operational and corporate teams to enable digital transformation, system implementation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) is proud to care for the communities of West Essex, delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality services. We are part of the Neighbourhood Wavea national programme that’s changing how care is delivered by focusing on prevention, early support, and more joined-up services across health, social care, and the voluntary sector.
This means we are working more closely with local partners to bring care closer to home and support people to live healthier, more independent lives.
We are a supportive and inclusive organisation that values its people. We offer development opportunities, flexible working, and a strong focus on wellbeing. As a Disability Confident and equal opportunities employer, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
Join us and help shape the future of care in West Essex.
Are you passionate about digital learning, technology, and helping people develop the confidence and skills they need to make the most of digital systems?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Digital Learning Partner to join our Digital Learning Team within the People & Culture Directorate.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of digital learning across the Trust, helping colleagues develop the knowledge and confidence required to effectively use clinical and corporate systems. Working closely with clinical, operational and corporate teams, you will play a key part in supporting digital transformation, system implementation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
As a Digital Learning Partner, you will deliver engaging training and user support for a range of digital systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Order Communications, Microsoft Office applications and other Trust systems. You will work with colleagues at all levels to ensure staff are supported throughout their digital learning journey.
