Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant at Croydon Branch. You’ll work 35 hours a week on a rota that covers Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, delivering friendly, proactive service and supporting customers across digital channels.

You’ll listen, advise and resolve issues, helping customers with everyday banking needs while promoting simple, customer-centric solutions in a busy branch environment.
