Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant for Croydon, working 35 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll be the friendly face and voice, listening to customers, solving problems, and promoting digital-first solutions.

You’ll thrive in a multi-skilled, supportive branch team, handling transactions, technology help in-branch, calls, and ongoing customer relationships, with clear opportunities to grow within the Santander network.

Qualifications

• Listening to and anticipating customers' financial needs (Required)
• Presenting options and solutions across a range of products with a primary focus on digital first (Required)
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre (Required)
• Developing meaningful relationships with customers and working with colleagues on day-to-day and long-term needs (Required)
• Helping us be a bank that’s simple for colleagues and customers to deal with (Required)
