• Proven ability of supporting complex customer interactions across channels.
• Experience opening products in a branch environment in a compliant way with a digital first approach.
• Currently working in a branch network in roles like Customer Experience Specialist, Personal Banker, or Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to existing and new colleagues.
• Fulfilling customer financial needs through educational conversations.
• Provide basic core servicing and transactions across all channels.
• Host Community initiatives and events as a Santander brand ambassador.
• Support branch leaders as required.
• Promote Santander's digital offerings.
