Job summary

University of Warwick is seeking a Business Change Manager to support the launch of a new portfolio delivery programme for online learning. You will work across multiple streams, engaging with senior stakeholders, academic teams and professional services to embed new ways of working with a strong focus on the voice of the customer.

This 16-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working patterns, excellent pension, 42 days holiday including bank holidays, on-site parking and good transport

Qualifications

• Strong working experience in a business change role.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate confidently and bring out the best in others.
• Voice of the customer approach ensuring changes reflect user needs and deliver outcomes.
• Experience with change across strategic and operational levels; adaptable to ambiguity.
