Job summary

Modis is recruiting a Change Consultant to support a major transformation programme across a large organisation. You will work with change, programme, communications and learning teams to drive readiness and successful technology adoption, coordinating workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions and manager enablement across multiple user communities.

The role is a six-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working and roughly three days on site per week in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational change or transformation.
• Proven ability to run stakeholder-engagement activities.
• Experience enabling adoption and readiness for new processes.
• Comfort facilitating workshops and sessions.

Responsibilities

• Delivering business-readiness and stakeholder-engagement activity
• Working with employee groups to understand concerns and barriers to change
• Translating change plans into practical actions for different stakeholder communities
• Facilitating workshops, reference groups and engagement sessions
• Supporting managers to prepare their teams for change
• Developing stakeholder action plans and following them through to delivery
• Helping employees understand what is changing and what they will need to do differently
• Supporting communication and guidance content
• Coordinating implementation and go-live support
• Identifying resistance and helping develop practical interventions
• Supporting the adoption and embedding of new processes and ways of working
