Job summary

Warwick Employment Group (WEG) is recruiting a Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital initiatives across multiple web platforms within a university setting. You will work within Portfolio Delivery, coordinating product, technical and business stakeholders to ensure transparent, outcome-focused delivery.

The role requires strong experience with web platform development, coordinating marketing and technical teams, and owning complex delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project or programme management, ideally in higher education.
• Experience delivering web or digital transformation programmes (UX, content platforms).
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and portfolio-level resource allocation.
• Proven track record of urgency, momentum and ownership to deliver on time/quality/budget.
• Senior-level experience within a complex, demanding environment with stakeholder credibility.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams including product, design and content.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across web platforms, adapting Agile practices to context.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and hold vendors to account.
• Maintain momentum and drive delivery to time, cost and quality.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure delivery aligns with wider organisational goals and strategic objectives.
• Define and track KPIs; provide regular updates to senior delivery managers.
