Job summary

University of Warwick is seeking a Business Change Manager to join a new launch team within the Information and Digital Group. The 16‑month fixed term contract will support an Online Programme Management initiative and help transform the university’s online learning strategy and digital education development.

The role focuses on guiding people through change, embedding new ways of working, and acting as the voice of the customer to address barriers with practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business change role.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate confidently, and bring out the best in others.
• Be the ‘voice of the customer’, ensuring change reflects user needs and delivers outcomes.
• Strong listening and influencing skills to support positive, sustainable change.
• Resilient, flexible, adaptable, and able to navigate evolving situations.

Responsibilities

• Assessing change value and impact.
• Planning and delivering communications.
• Developing training approaches.
• Shaping Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements.
• Business readiness and Go-live support.

Education

Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
