Job summary

University of Bedfordshire is seeking an experienced Change Communications Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team in a role that supports the transformation programme and strategy.

You will lead strategic internal change communications, develop plans, create engaging content, advise senior leaders, and help build change communications capability across the university. The position is hybrid, based in Luton, 37 hours per week, fixed-term for 2 years.

• Significant experience in internal and change communications within a complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
